Junior Account Executive (AE)

Casetext is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. You will help us sell our Casetext product suite to attorneys, particularly to solo and small firms. As a Junior Account Executive, you will successfully nurture leads from prospecting to close. You will lead demonstrations of the products, guide users as they are evaluating our services and proactively reach out to ensure client satisfaction while continuously hunting and closing new business. Our ideal candidate is someone who has received a JD or has law firm experience, is an exceptional communicator and fast learner, and wants to join an exciting and growing startup in a sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Become an expert on the Casetext Research, Parallel Search, and Compose products and demos
2. Lead product demonstrations for attorneys who are prospective customers, explaining the ins-and-outs of how to use the products, and helping prospects determine whether Casetext is the right fit for their practice
3. Guide prospects through the purchasing process via email, phone calls, and screen share presentations
4. Development of marketing qualified leads or organic customer inquiries for sales qualified leads
5. Develop and execute sales strategy on net-new accounts
6. Drive revenue by meeting and/or exceeding new business quota on a quarterly basis
7. Help create the strategy for how we service the market of smaller firms
8. Collaborate cross-departmentally to improve Casetext products and ensure superlative customer experience
9. Ultimately, bring in new business for Casetext

1. JD or legal experience strongly preferred
2. Previous sales and/or startup experience preferred
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills
4. Extremely fast learner, capable of fully understanding complex products and explaining them to others in simple terms
5. Resourceful and capable of working in a startup environment
6. Enthusiastic and passionate
